Are mys aria alive in House of the Dragon?

Mys aria is alive, despite the flame building towards the end of episode 9, and she has an important role to play in the Dragon Dance. . In George RR Martin's book on which the program is based, White Worm finally puts on the side of blacks and helps Daemon to take revenge when his family is aggrieved. Her connections in King's Landing will make her valuable for Chandra and Daemon when they play a throne.

As for how she survived, she must have realized that attracting the attention of the king's hand when hiding Prince Argon could lead to an attempt to murder and go unnoticed by a while.
